Located in Odo Shakiso within the Oromia region, Sookoo Coffee is built on a commitment to quality and community. Their beans are sourced from surrounding Kebeles, each lot reflecting the unique terroir of its origin.

This particular lot comes from the Shoondhisa Kebele and features varietals Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, both selected for their resistance to coffee berry disease. These cherries are naturally dried on raised beds, preserving the rich flavours Guji is known for.
