We currently ship within Norway only.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier capacity.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with Posten/Bring, Norway's national postal service. Packages are typically delivered to your mailbox, local pickup point (hentested), or parcel locker depending on size and your location.

Delivery

  • Risk of loss: The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

  • Delivery attempts: If delivery fails, the carrier will leave a notice with collection instructions.

  • Uncollected packages: Packages not collected within the carrier's storage period will be returned to us. We may charge a reshipment fee for orders returned due to non-collection.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us. Delays can occur due to weather, high carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost Packages: If your package appears to be lost (no tracking updates for 7+ days), contact us at post@microkaffi.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos before opening

  2. Contact us immediately at post@microkaffi.com

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at post@microkaffi.com and we will try to update the address before dispatch.

Coffee Freshness

We roast and ship coffee to ensure maximum freshness. All coffee is shipped as whole beans unless otherwise specified. For the best experience, we recommend consuming your coffee within 4-6 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag.
