1. Introduction
Welcome to Micro Kaffi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our company is registered in Norway and all purchases are governed by Norwegian law.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include VAT (MVA) at the applicable rates (15% for coffee and food products, 25% for other goods).

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Natural variations may occur in specialty coffee products.

All costs, including shipping, will be displayed before you confirm your order.
4. Ordering and Payment

Your order becomes binding when you receive our order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from receipt of goods, without giving any reason.
Important Exception for Coffee Products:
In accordance with Section 22 of the Angrerettloven, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly (including coffee)

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery
This means that coffee and other food products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
For non-food items (merchandise, equipment), the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal for eligible products, contact us at post@microkaffi.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Norway only.

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Complaints and Warranty (Reklamasjon)
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to complain about defective products:

Complaint deadline: You must report defects within a reasonable time after discovery, but no later than 2 months from when you discovered or should have discovered the defect.

Overall claim period: 2 years from purchase for standard products. 5 years for products intended to last significantly longer.

Your remedies: You may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase depending on the nature and severity of the defect.

Our responsibility: We cover costs related to rectifying defects, including shipping costs for returning defective products.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, including:

All applicable legislation is available at www.lovdata.no.
Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts with Stavanger as the legal venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
