Tanat - Elto Elora : Semi-Washed
This exceptional coffee, from Ethiopia and bearing the Elto Coffee label, is processed using a semi-washed method. The cherries are pulped and then dried with some of the mucilage, which gives the cup a subtle balance between the clarity of a washed and the sweetness of a natural.
Roasted using the omni roast method, it reveals all its qualities regardless of the extraction method.
In the cup, there is a sweet but persistent acidity with citrus accents, supported by a honeyed sweetness that brings roundness and balance, and a long and textured finish reminiscent of brewed black tea.
