The Honey process brings out all the natural sweetness of the bean: the cup reveals exotic notes of papaya and guava, enriched with a honeyed smoothness and a freshness reminiscent of green tea.

The farm takes its name from a local flower that blooms all year round.

Its owner, Pao-His Huang, a former tea producer, now applies all his expertise in tea cultivation and processing to coffee production.

Highly committed, he regularly participates in competitions to assess the quality of his stock, with the ambition of one day seeing his farm achieve the same international recognition as the renowned Zou Zhou Yuan.
