It’s Frukt’s third time roasting Mundo Novo from the Araucária farm will be the last one for the time being. Gabriel is replanting this traditional variety in a more suitable plot on the farm. Hard to imagine quality getting higher from here, but most likely it will with better growing conditions. 

Frukt quote this as this as by far the best lot from Gabriel they have had so far and probably the best Brazilian coffee they have ever tasted! Definately a fine expression of Brazilian coffee.

Together with his family Gabriel operates Casa Almeida Barreto. Frukt have been working with them since 2021 and cite them as one of their closest working relationships.
