Grown at 1,650 masl near Mount Kenya, this coffee comes from the Gakundu Coffee Factory, a cooperative of over 1,200 smallholder farmers known for meticulous processing, strong farmer support, and sustainable water management. Hand-harvested cherries are carefully sorted, pulped, fermented, graded, washed, and slowly sun-dried, resulting in high-quality Kenyan coffee distinguished by its precise size-based grading system.
